Deposit, Refund and Cancellation Policy
Deposit
Once you book an appointment you will be contacted to place a $100 non-refundable deposit. This is to lock in your appointment and ensure you are serious.
Refunds
All purchases are final. Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Deposits are used to confirm your appointment and to ensure you are serious. This is to prevent no-shows and to guarantee you an appointment spot.
Remaining balance of service selected must be paid at the appointment. Accepted methods listed in FAQ. This is non-refundable as well.
I am able to transfer your deposit to another appointment time slot, only upon availability of another appointment slot and only if I am given at least a 72 hour notice by you. I can transfer your appointment time up to 3 times, the first being complimentary and the following two with an extra $30 charge. All transfers must have a 72 hour notice, otherwise you will not be guaranteed a transfer.
Please contact me via contact methods if you have not received a response to your appointment transfer date request in 24 hours.
Cancellations
Appointments are to be cancelled at least 72 hours prior. Deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are non-transferrable after cancelling an appointment. A new deposit is required for a new appointment.
If appointment is canceled within 72 hours of the appointment, next appointment will require an extra $50 to total service charge, paid in the deposit.
NO-SHOW
If you are a no-show, next appointment will require a new deposit, with an extra $100 to total service price, paid in the deposit.
Payment Policy
Payments for services and deposits for such can be done with PayPal (friends and family ONLY), Venmo, Zelle or Cash.
If your credit or debit card, or account cannot be verified, is invalid, or is not otherwise acceptable, your appointment may be cancelled automatically. You will be notified of such.
The remainder of your balance of service selected must be paid at the appointment. The accepted methods are listed in FAQ.
All prices and availability of services or products are subject to change without notice.
Changes to Policies
I reserve the right to change this Payment, Refunds and Cancellations policy terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will be posted on the website. It is your responsibility to check the policies.
